The after-school clubs opened again this week, with the Breakfast Clubs in the morning, literacy and numeracy for Primaries 5 and 6, the activity clubs fro P3-7 and the never-popular Chess Club. We also had the eliminator for the Credit Union Quiz and began preparations for 'The Big Show' later in the year. Last week, we had past-pupils Alanna, Alicia, Aoife and Eirne visit us on work experience; they are all in their fifth year in Scoil Iósaef, the Irish-medium stream of St. Joseph's, Donaghmore, and they would all like to be teachers when they grow up.
