Rang 2 made their own musical instruments today out of a range of junk and everyday materials: boxes, tubes, elastic bands, peas, rice, lentils etc. Some food names for the children if they ever join a band together: The Jam, Meatloaf, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Cranberries, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Bananarama...…. etc etc etc. But. after listening to them beat out a rhythm today, I am sure they would become a great band, even if their instruments are rubbish!!
