Pupils from Primaries 6 and 7 joined up with QUB this week to go on an archaeological excavation in Derrybuouy. Many thanks to Keith for inviting us along and many thanks to National Lottery Heritage Fund, Mid Ulster District Council and also to Mr Wilfred Dilworth who owns the field. It was a very interesting morning and a great opportunity for the children to see history come alive!
